Our 3-day HUD course provides a thorough review of the 4350.3 handbook, along with a wealth of practical application. Our trainers have many years of HUD management and training experience. Attendees will leave much better prepared to meet the requirement of complex regulations. All new major changes are covered, and all attendees get a complete electronic copy of the most current handbook. An exam is offered on the last day, and attendees who pass the exam will receive the premier Housing Compliance Manager for HUD designation (HCM-H).
